What happens next?
1. Specify the installation arrangement which you want us to design for.
3. Send us 2-units of your product (one can be missing the transceiver) the other must be configured to send test signals at frequent intervals (or a constant test tone) when it is powered up. don't forget to send one of your existing antennas.
4. We use one unit to design the antenna. We connect our VNA to the transmitter's RF pads.
5. We use the second unit to test the performance of your custom antenna.
6. If we don’t improve the transmitted signal strength (far-field, on-axis) by at least 3dB then you are entitled to a full refund.
7. We can store your devices in case you want us to design antennas for other applications, or we can return your devices. We pay the return postage.
8. As a gesture of goodwill, our experienced engineers tend to provide advice and feedback if we see any significant room for improvement with your RF design.
9. We provide a report with the test results and final design.
10. We will send you 2 free antennas, we store the design for you and can supply more antennas for you at your request.

please provide all of the information which we may require in order to reproduce the installation arrangement that you would like us to match for. Once you have purchase the service, you may supply more information including installation photos by email to:

To accurately match the antenna to the device in the specified arrangement. We need:
- Details of the arrangement (supplied here)
- The Device (ideally with the transceiver not populated)
- Your existing antenna (we start by parameterising this)
- Any battery, power supply, enclosure, connecting cables etc that are part of the installation arrangement.
- a second device that is fully operational and ideally has a firmware with a transmission test program* loaded.
*A transmission test program either transmits a constant test tone whenever powered or transmits arbitrary messages at relatively fast intervals (a few seconds to a few minutes)

Any hardware you send us remains your property, but we can store them for you for future antenna designs.
If we are unsuccessful with achieving our improvement benchmark we will let you know what we have achieved and give you the option:
1. A full refund or2. We will continue with the report, provide design recommendations where we can, and supply you with 2 custom matched antennas.
Regarding IP,
We reserve no rights over any hardware or firmware which you share with us. we don't need to know anything about the product's application other than its installation arrangement.
We maintain full ownership of the antenna form and design. we develop a custom specification for you. However, you do not have the rights to reproduce the design without authorisation from us. We can provide authorisation for a one-off licensing fee of $5000; however, we much prefer to manufacture the antennas for you ourselves here in Australia. We do understand the lure of cheap overseas labour. Whilst we want to encourage you to support Australian-made, and we do have concerns with exposing our IP to other countries, we won't prevent you from doing what you need to do to keep your product profitable.
